Most calorie apps expect you to eat off a Western menu. HealthFork starts from what's on your plate.
Say what you ate. That's the log.
Tap the mic and say “three idlis and a masala chai for breakfast” or “a chicken burrito and a beer for dinner”. HealthFork works out the foods, portions and meal, and you confirm before anything is saved.
- English, Hinglish and Hindi
- Water and weight in the same sentence
- Search 735 foods by name when you'd rather tap

A week of meals, and the shopping list writes itself.

- Vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan or non-veg
- Tick items off in the shop, or copy the list to WhatsApp

Careful with health, by design
A calorie app should never push the wrong person the wrong way. These rules are built in, not optional.
- No weight-loss targets for teenagers
- Anyone under 18 gets healthy-eating targets at maintenance calories. Weight-loss goals and fasting are switched off.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding and eating disorders
- Weight-loss goals and fasting are turned off, risky dishes like raw fish are flagged in pregnancy, and the tone stays supportive.
- Allergies taken seriously
- Recipes with any of the nine major allergens you list are left out of meal plans and marked wherever they appear.
- Notes where they matter
- Diabetes, blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid and joint conditions add short, specific notes to targets, plans and workouts.
HealthFork gives general wellness guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet or exercise, especially with a medical condition.

Questions
Does HealthFork work for Indian food?
Yes. It started there: roti, dal, poha, idli, biryani, chai and more, with portions like a katori or a plate. It also covers 19 other cuisines, from Chinese and Mexican to Middle Eastern and African.
Can my whole family use one account?
Yes. Add each person in Settings. Everyone gets their own targets, diary and diet, and one grocery list can cover the whole household.
Is it a medical app?
No. HealthFork gives general wellness guidance. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have had an eating disorder, follow your doctor's advice first. The app adjusts its goals and adds safety notes when you tell it about these.
What happens to my data?
It's stored securely in India and used only to run the app. There are no ads and we never sell data. You can download everything or delete your account from Settings at any time. Read the Privacy Policy.
Can I use it without installing anything?
Yes. Open the web app in any browser. The same account will work in the iPhone and Android apps.
How do I cancel Premium?
On a phone, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. The Lifetime plan never renews.
Start with today's lunch.
It takes about two minutes to set up, and the first week of Premium is on us.
